How is she going to do that? It's a state-by-state basis after Dobbs, and she as president will have no control over the states that have stripped the rights of your daughters and nieces. She isn't Congress and the president isn't a monarch. What is she going to do? The rights are already stripped - Democrats whom I voted for let that happened when they refused to codify Roe.

NP.  Emergencies happen during pregnancy ALL THE TIME.  I had an emergency surgery during my first trimester… these laws around abortion make doctors hesitate and keep their hands tied and it’s scary.  The fetus can’t have more rights than the mother.[/quote]

For greater context, the “Do No Harm Act” was intended to protect people from abuses of the “Religious Freedom Restoration Act.”:
