The last thing Kamala needs to do is run on Roe v Wade and “saving democracy from Trump”. She was unelected and didn’t face a primary . That’s not democracy
These are two of the strongest issues for Democrats. You are not paying attention at all.
And it’s To their absolute detriment is my point. They need to be talking money . In the words of James Carville, “It’s the economy , stupid” I don’t hear any economic talk from the Democrats or the words working class or family at all. All I hear is Roe v Wade and saving the soul of America . Apparently countries have souls but 7 month babies do not
I mean, she is saying more than that. Listen to the latest speech. But if you don't pay attention to what she says, then if you just argue that you don't like what you're hearing, you're not arguing in good faith.
I turn the tv off when I hear her. If she talks about the economy it’s certainly further down the road when it should be the first thing she talks about . That’s what people want to hear. Americans aren’t hearing anything new when Dems rant about how bad Trump is. We know the guy doesn’t follow rules and has no scruples . He even says it . This is not new information. Why doesn’t Kamala tell of more about who she is instead of who Donald is?
Your answer to “I don’t hear Kamala Harris on ______” is that you literally refuse to listen to Kamala Harris. Honey the problem is between user and keyboard.
Surely When someone keeps saying the same thing over and over , you Can understand why one can get Trump fatigue . It’s not the man himself who is the issue for me though he is problematic but the constant anti Trump rhetoric from The Dems. Such an uninspiring campaign. Running against Trump made sense during the uncertainty of COVID in 2020 (funny how the disease suddenly became no no longer deadly and masks weren’t needed when Dems came back in office even though it still can kill), but now a fully anti Trump campaign in 2024 eight years since 2016 just seems so Ill advised . The country is not learning anything new with the Dems insistence that Trump is bad
"Sure Trump is a threat to democracy itself, but what are the Dems offering?" Do you realize how incredibly whiny and privileged that sounds? As ponted out here numerous times, the Dems have a platform that has been repeated again and again - by both Dem candidates - and you're just not listening. The fact that Trump is an existential threat and wholly unworthy of the office *should* be your primary concern.
