Soccer parents don't sit idle when their coaches are fired or resign over politics in-between seasons. Other coaches also don't want to sit around to get fired mid season. The next week will be fun to watch, since there are tons of clubs who want to add teams, and there's just enough time to.

How are they supposed to "play out the season" when you have no coaching staff after March/April?[/quote]
We were told the new coaches are starting this month. Existing coaches will be there for another month or two for transition[/quote]
