[/quote] It's not hard at all. League did it for years. Organizations responsible for compiling all the data/proof and then submitting it to league along with rosters. Then someone just opens file and checks zip codes. If league was really serious about ensuring fair competition, it's well worth whatever time it requires. [/quote]
