But that's based on my personal experience reviewing criminal convictions upon appeal. If I learned anything from that it was that you get one chance at an acquittal - and that's at trial. So that's my personal bias. In the locked thread we had one person continually posting theories about swinging. That's been shown to be not true. So I am for sure not trusting some supposed post of Banfield and Magalhaes together - especially on that is being posted again and again and talked about constantly by one poster yet again.[/quote]
