Not a fan of Casey's choices, but I think this is fine. She's a spouse attending an outdoor vigil in 90 degree weather.

i am the pp and it is a really weird thing to wear. do you see anyone else there wearing an outfit that would be appropriate at a sinatra-themed dinner theater? no, everyone else is wearing (1) clothes for daytime, and (2) sleeves. i don't care if she wants to show off her arms and shoulders - but spaghetti straps are a little... festive... for this occasion.[/quote]
