So why didn’t she adopt Michael?  Why instead did her family employ a lawyer to set up a conservatorship when limits his financial independence and turns authority for his financial dealings over to them, does not make him a legal member of their household, and is typically only granted in situations where an individual has severe physical or psychological conditions? And then used that same attorney as his representative in business dealings? [/quote]
