Really? People don’t notice holes in the roof during a rarely granted inspection, but they are going to notice plane noise on a Sunday afternoon when it’s the lowest in the week? They are all informed enough to know how horrible the largely invisible pollution is for them and especially their kids? For real!! Like it’s not stressful enough to go house shopping. Just don’t lie. How hard is that? Don’t know about the others, but I’m worked up because you’re stonewalling so much it’s embarrassing for me as a fellow human being.
So you are saying there is so little airplane noise on a Sunday afternoon that it goes unnoticed? That sounds to me like the issue is really overblown then. And those who buy without doing proper research about the neighborhood have only themselves to blame. NextGen has been in place since 2015. The only people who can justifiably be upset are those who lived there before it was implemented. And those people had plenty of time to move while prices were soaring and rates were at their lowest.
