1. Biden asked them to look, unlike Dumpy who would not and refused to give them back.

Biden 30 documents max, Trump 230 that we know of (trump sued to have the gov not access these, he lost, trump sued to not return them he lost, trump sued to say he classified them he lost, trump sued to say he declassified them he lost, Trump sued to say a special master was needed he won, gov appealed he lost and judge cannon will never get another case again, trump sued to say a special master was NOT NEEDED HE LOST).[/quote]

Biden's sound more like genuine mistakes, and it's not even clear that of the handful of documents that were turned up, they are reporting "some" were marked classified. Just "some."  And, they were mixed in with other documents.  I think others are probably not classified, just a question of whether copies of record made it into the archives per Presidential Records Act.   Whereas with Trump, he had over a dozen entire bankers boxes chock full of TS/SCI, Special Access Program and other things that require the highest level of security the government even has.  An entire library of the stuff, like Trump had gone out of his way to request, collect and hoard, as opposed to mere mistakes.  And why would Trump even NEED some of those documents in the first place, like cover identities for clandestine agents overseas.  He has NO reason to have any of that info.

The fact that documents have been found in at least 3 locations makes his "I didn't know about them" claim even less plausible. 
Joe left the WH in Jan, 2017.  The Biden Penn center office did not open until Feb., 2018.  So, the documents found there were moved at least twice.  And, it would make sense that they were moved to the Penn center for a purpose. 
And, we don't know if there were just 30.  All we know is what his lawyers have said.  And, their statement on Saturday that they found "six items containing classification markings" could mean that they found 6 boxes with classified materials in them.  There could be hundreds of documents.  We don't know.  [/quote]
