Casey Anthony didn’t kill her daughter Caylee; the child drowned in the pool by accident while Casey and her dad were in the house. They had left the back door open which they were explicitly told to shut by Casey‘s mom, because Caylee was prone to jump into the pool without supervision. Casey and her dad were so overcome with shock and fear of being charged with murder or neglect that they hid the baby‘s body.
Nope, Nope, Nope. CA killed her daughter. That ignorant jury.
100% I know people that worked on that case. If you ask them what happened they all believe Casey Anthony did it and there is no question about it.
I absolutely think that. She had Caylee at 16 and was probably completely overwhelmed by 22. Not that that excuses killing your kid.
I just watched a You Tube video about this (JCS - Criminal Psychology). It is over an hour and focuses on her psychologically (so not a tons of ins and outs of the case progression). I was absolutely shocked she was found not guilty. I somehow managed to block the outcome from my memory all these years so I was genuinely surprised at the end. Awful. She is an expert pathological liar, lies just flow off her tongue. She had a diary entry a few days after her daughter went missing (I mean was murdered). She said she was confident in her decision and as happy as she's ever been. She was dating a club promoter and partied it up that month before s hit the fan. She was smoking pot and chilling out with that boyfriend when police knocked on her door. It was all so obvious. But they just didn't have the right forensics to convince the jury.
I think a jury member have an interview after and said they thought if she was found guilty it was an automatic death penalty (it wasn’t) which is why they found her not guilty because they didn’t feel the crime merited the death penalty combined with the lack of hard evidence. She also had pretty privilege.
