It isn’t that.  Of if they say that it isn’t happening in real time.  I live in flagstaff and they aren’t building on coyote pass. Also meris rental is huge and in one of the most expensive areas of the city.  Janelle went from a tiny ranch home to living in a trailer on the land to like gloried student housing short term rental.  Robins home is out of town in a rural area and worth over a million dollars now with how insane housing has gotten, it was smart of them to buy.  Construction is prohibitively expensive in flagstaff now and in dont think they could afford to develop even if they wanted to.  [/quote]
