Add up all the money you spend on lessons and camps and other such things.  Speed ahead 20 years.  My guess is that your DC's will not be horseback riding, or engaging in hand to hand karate combat, or playing the lute. I do not know a soul who can not dance at a party or wedding, including very basic ballroom steps.  And as far as social graces go, do you not teach and model table manners at home?  Have you not taught your child the correct way to receive a guest or introduce themselves to someone or introduce a friend to others?  I consider that basic parenting.
