[/quote] But other jurisdictions investigate, arrest and convict. That's why many of the MCPS teachers arrested and convicted are caught by outside law enforcement agencies. Other agencies take these cases seriously. Montgomery County doesn't and doesn't protect the victims of sexual abuse by teachers. Montgomery County goes so far as to name the victims in public records. John McCarthy is the Montgomery County State's Attorney and he is up for re-election. [/quote]
