ok.  But that still doesn't explain why he left her there and drove all the way home with not a word to her family that HE LEFT HER THERE and likely needed their help in some form or fashion. There is also no reason for him to be silent on her last location or what happened if he simply left. Innocent people don't act guilty.  As a PP stated, he went from loving her to lawyering up real fast. [/quote]
