Murder suicide. Dad killed mom first (why she was found separately) then everyone else together.
I think there was some kind of fast-acting poison in the canteen that the dad gave them all. Dad, suicidal, sat down with the baby and pup. Mom freaked out and ran…and, sadly, she soon succumbed.
https://people.com/human-interest/dad-of-man-who-mysteriously-died-alongside-wife-baby-and-dog-says-they-werent-murdered/ "We are mystified like everyone else. I don't want to say a great deal as there is a lot going on," John's father Peter told the Daily Mail. "We are just waiting for the authorities to do all the tests. We are in touch with them and are awaiting the final analysis." "We don't believe they were murdered," Peter said. "We just want people to get on with the task at hand."
Oh now I’m fully convinced. It was murder suicide. The dads reaction says it all.
Yeah unfortunately I'm with you. That seems by far most likely.
Again, someone name a plausible poison that dad could use that would kill them all so quickly and effectively with no obvious signs
We don’t know that there were no signs though. Wouldn’t ambien, xanax, Valium, etc work? Especially if they fell asleep in the sun.
It takes a massive amount of benzo to kill a dog. My 50 pound dog died of brain cancer a few years ago and the two days before we put him down I was giving him Valium out of my prescription. Standard dose in a human is like 5mg and he needed like 20 to even begin to calm down. Even to make them sleepy it would take A LOT. Ambien is no bueno for dogs and could have killed it but would have made it start acting weird and usually hyperactive and not sleepy. And probably vomit. Not lying down quietly next to it’s owner.
