Read her statement.  She's complaining about going to a therapist 2x/week and a psychiatrist 1x/week.  And she's very upset that she wasn't allowed to go out and get her hair and nails done during COVID.   But all of these horrors that she's complaining about happened under the professional conservator, not her dad.  She hasn't done shows in years.[/quote]

Sure, i hope I'm wrong, and as someone said, tons of pop stars flame out without anyone watching them and if that's what Britney wants, there's a case to be made for allowing her to do so.   But no one is going to be able to gauge competency if she won't let them evaluate her, and that's what Britney really doesn't want.[/quote]

I'm not a psychiatrist, but  an evaluation is very different from a ongoing session.   One is a detailed assessment of observations to get at the root cause of the impairment.  The ongoing session is treatment of the impairment.  Obviously observations from treatment would be brought to bear to verify the root cause of the impairment, but they are not substitutes.[/quote]
