People that believe this incident was not racially motivated believe the outcome would have been the same if the victim was white. Nothing changes but skin color. Still expired tags, outstanding warrant, the struggle, the mistake. Would she still mistake her gun for her taser if was white? How does anyone know that answer with certainty?  [/quote]

Because she was a 26 year cop with no prior issues and was a training officer.  Agencies know the racist or violent cops within.  She does not fit the pattern of one.  I know people now think everything is about race.  Even if a lot of things are, not everything is.[/quote]
