I have a hard time faulting the administrator in the heat of the moment. She would have been on the other side of bullies who clearly lacked any empathy whatsoever and were dressed like they were about to conduct a raid in Fallujah. What the administrator did after the fact matters a lot, though. Was it reported? Under the abuse policy, this was reportable, and failure to report is a serious offense.[/quote]

There are three women from the school in the video.  The one that is in the paisley shirt that goes to look for him; a woman in a poncho; and another woman that is showing video in her phone of what happened in the classroom (maybe a para?).  The woman in the poncho and the woman showing the video as wildly inapprppriate in the way they are talking about the child and his mom in front of the child.  Empathy chip clearly malfunctioning.  
I have a SN child who attempted to abscond once and no one treated him or me that way.  The admin who called as great and he is now in training for a principal slot at one of the MCPS ES school.  He should teach a class to these ladies.[/quote]
