Yes, most people will miss this point, which is unfortunate, because it means the real problems in Texas won't be addressed.

Just like I predict that despite all the national coverage right now of the sky-high bills the people on the variable rate plans are receiving, there won't be sufficient regulation of the retail electricity market in ERCOT either. The same people whining for relief now will be voting against "harmful regulations" later this year.[/quote]
