Montgomery county does not deport people or do they prevent the deportation of people.

MoCo honors an ICE detainer for only a few hours, so often the suspects slip away before ICE can get there. With one recent rape suspect, MoCo called the personal cellphone of an ICE contact, on the weekend, while he was on vacation, then cut the suspect loose when they got no answer. ICE has a 24-hour hotline for this purpose which MoCo didn't use.

How about honoring the ICE detainer for 24 hours like they do in Frederick County?[/quote]
