I cannot give an opinion on Ms. Ford, although I do find her credible. But from everything we know about BK, his professional writings, his financial situation, his morality and drinking - it all points to the fact that BK is not Supreme Court material. He could have happily stayed out of the limelight as a DC court judge (not universally respected, but at least not universally known and despised). He didn't.
