1. They are already IN sanctuary cities, as this has been happening now for ages. 
2. This is only viewed as a punishment BY liberals, which is confusing to me as a moderate.

It's not.  But now that they're backed into a corner, that's the only thing they can come up with.  And all this time, they've been calling others "racists" for wanting to crack down on illegal immigration.  Who are the racists now?  Such hypocrites.[/quote]
