LOL. McConnell doesn't even have 50 Republicans! The only way you get to 60 is to put something up there that 13 Democrats will vote for. Why is this math hard? It's on McConnell for not knowing how to count votes, Ryan for sending him something they knew would fail, and Cotton and Trup for blowing up the negotiation a week ago.[/quote]

It didn't have to fail they could negotiate after or before they ( both Ds an Rs) are choosing to put   the lives of adults over the lives of innocent and defenseless children.[/quote]
