In my mind, sleeping nude is appropriate for the adolescent/teen years through the twenties or thirties up until kids come along. I love it and did it for a couple decades, but knowing kids may need me suddenly in the night or come into the bedroom in the morning, I just feel, well...naked. I envy people who continue to make it a lifelong habit, though.[/quote]
