Why all the debate; it's a moot point. The Trump Supreme Court will overturn Roe v. Wade and then the democratically elected Republican House, Senate, and President Trump will place a Federal ban on all abortion. And since you vott happening.  ed him into office you can't do a fucking thing about it.[/quote]

Fantasy.  Overturning Roe v. Wade means handing the right to make abortion laws back to the states in accordance with the 10th amendment.  Making abortion illegal at the Federal level then would require a Constitutional amendment.  Two thirds of both houses would be required.  Not happening.  Alternatively, the legislatures of two thirds of the states have to call a convention to propose.  Also not happening. [/quote]
