[/quote] Actually, I have found this really works, provided I get to bed on time. When I am in bed early enough, I can tell myself that I need to be up at say, 6:30. I generally then wake up within a minute or two of that time. It is not just routine, either. Sometimes I'll 'tell' myself 6:30, other times it'll be 7 or 7:30.[/quote]
