Right, but the other issue is that our HOA has much stricter noise ordinance limits than the county.  However, our ineffective HOA president is too wishy washy to enforce the HOA covenant (not just about this but about other issues in the neighborhood that we have heard about). Why do I sound awful?  If I'm paying high HOA dues every year to live in this neighborhood, which don't go towards anything tangible that I have been able to see, then I would like for the HOA president to actually address issues that need addressing.  [/quote]
