As a 50 year old man who has committed himself to a lifetime of fitness, nothing is more attractive to me than a fit woman over 30.  I have dated women in their 50's who are in better shape than those that are 30.[/quote]
Because women in their 50's have more time to work out than women in their 30's, if they have kids.  Between juggling work and taking care of the kids, it's a lot harder to find time to work out.  Once the kids are older (when I hit my 50's), I'll have more time.  No, working out is not a priority for me right now.  I am slimmish, and my DH still finds me attractive (I'm 45), but I could definitely be a lot more fit.[/quote]
