Not the OP, but I'm 5'3 and after two foot surgeries, heels are just not an option. I weigh less than OP so I don't think I look stumpy, but some people have limited options.

OP, I agree that you sound very insecure and seeking approval. Get an interesting hobby. Invest yourself in something that doesn't concern your appearance. It'll make you more interesting and confident which helps your looks more than any one physical item. [/quote]
