The honors classes, at least at Whitman, are just as challenging as the AP classes. Kids work their butts off for those As with 5 points. I know kids at Whitman (friends of my son) and they are always trying to get him to go do something during the week. My DS has no time to socialize during the week because he actually has homework. The homework load at MCPS high schools is a joke.[/quote]
