"Jelly" to me is jello[/quote] Jam is typically thicker than jelly. If the fruit used to make it has seeds (like strawberries or raspberries) the seeds will be left in. So, a strawberry jam is thicker, chunkier, and with little seeds. Strawberry jelly would be pureed so its very smooth and thinner with no seeds.[/quote]
