OK I found out Dr. Lopez is gone and there is another dentist besides Dr. Weil in there. Plus about a million admin people, including a marketing director. That place has really gone to the dogs. It's impossible to get an appointment. Today I called because my child had a fall and it was an emergency and they told us they were closed tomorrow and that we could go to the hospital if it was really an emergency. Note to Marketing Director: it does no good to market a service you're apparently incapable of providing. Off to find another dentist now.[/quote]

We have liked Dr. Weil the few times we have seen her.  But I have wondered how/why they can have so much admin staff.  Doesn't seem to make sense and not sure how it adds up.  [/quote]
