I realize that your post is meant only to belittle me for my opinion, PP, but I'm going to answer you respectfully.

No, I can't donate any organs because I have advanced metastatic cancer. Prior to my diagnosis, I was on the bone marrow registry and would have donated if matched. If I had known about other live donation registries, I would have signed onto them. I believe in organ donation and have known many lives saved thanks to transplants.

I don't think there is anything wrong with OP, or anyone else, deciding not to donate, for whatever reason. I just merely stated that I would do something different, because this is, after all, a discussion board. It is quite possible that in my particular situation, my feelings may be stronger than if I were in perfect health and really hated the person asking for an organ. But they are basically the same feelings I had prior to my illness.
