I really don't get it, leaving dog poop on the ground in densely populated areas is bad for everyone and everything.  It isn't like living in the country where the density of poo to land is so low that the poop doesn't have an impact.  Leaving poop on the ground in the city gets on peoples shoes clothing etc, gets other dogs sick (like mine, he was constantly sick with stomach bugs when I lived in AdMo where unscooped poop abounds), and gets into the water supply and watersheds.  How anyone can justify not picking up their dogs crap in the city is just mindboggling.

These people that claim to be animal lovers and that everyone else just needs to chill out about it aren't animal lovers, they're just d-bags.[/quote]
