OP here. I said rehab but really it was psychiatric care and ended up with a ADHD diagnosis. On meds now and doing well.  Thanks for your response.[/quote]

Np.  But you did sort of make it sound like you sent your daughter to this "long and difficult rehab" because of the pot that this kid allegedly sold to her.  That didn't sound right - at all.  And as it turns out, there was a lot more to that situation.

In answer to your question...I wouldn't mention this pot selling business  unless I had good reason to believe that this kid was STILL selling pot.  Just as your own daughter has moved on from her involvement with drugs it is possible that this kid has also moved away from pot.

But obviously if this kid is selling pot to the kids at the pool that is very bad and can not be tolerated.
