I think he has more of an argument that this judge is a member of La Raza Lawyers Group and that he oversaw a scholarship to an undocumented student. http://dailycaller.com/2016/06/01/judge-presiding-over-trump-university-case-is-member-of-la-raza-lawyers-group/
Trump was probably never good at logic and so are you.
Yet the PP and Trump have a huge point, given the La Raza connection.
No. He doesn't. Band he and his lawyers know there is no valid basis for alleging bias, which is why they haven't moved for recusal. You don't get to choose the judge with ethnicity and political views you like.
Tell that to these folk: http://www.nytimes.com/2013/06/05/us/federal-judge-in-texas-is-accused-of-racial-bias.html?_r=0
Are you daft? That judge actually made comments revealing her bias. This judge has done no such thing, even trump hasn't accused him of anything other than being of Mexican descent. This is so very stupid. Put up or shut up. If he thinks he's biased, make a motion for recusal. Of course he won't because he knows he will lose and lose on appeal because there is no valid basis at all. You have to be completely ignorant not to get that.
