We're at Barnsley, probably a similar demographic to College Gardens, and there are definitely people attending who live out of boundary who attend using a family member's address.

No, I know the one mom very well.  She doesn't work, and is the one who does drop-off and pick up for her kids.  Kids are not going to grandma's house after school.
