I absolutely love these calls. I got a call from someone saying they were from Microsoft and that my machine was putting out all these log files with errors. I work for Microsoft!!! I asked for their name said I couldn't find it in the company gac and they aren't from MS. Hysterical. I try to keep them on the phone as long as possible figuring I am sparring some other person from dealing with them.[/quote]
