You should treat symptoms not a diagnosis. If they are including him in a social skills group at school that's great if that's what his main issue is. I'd hold off on the evaluation. What changes in regards to treatment based on his diagnosis? Schools are quick to throw a label. Go with your guts. Read the camarata book on intuitive parents.[/quote]
