Not everyone on here is in their 40s.[/quote] The problem that I see is that OP wants a job for "Moms", that still has a high paycheck. Those are difficult to come by and is one of the reasons we see pay inequality. Once I determined my field, I specifically looked for unisex jobs. In my experience if a department is 90% comprised of women, you can generally expect lower than average pay. Men hold out for high paying jobs. I hope this changes in the future, but for now a "Mom" job that pays well is truly hard to come by, those of us who have it have generally paid our dues and shown our worth.[/quote]
