On days when I'm out of the house seeing clients all day, I take her to doggy day care or find a neighborhood middle schooler to walk her and play with her after school.

None of this is a burden -- in fact, it's pretty easy to do.  In return, our dog has given us years of love and happy memories.  When she goes to dog heaven, you bet we'll get another dog.   [/quote]
