Anyone can apply to lamb and doesn't have to prioritize it.[/quote] Exactly. We only applied to LAMB because it didn't "cost" a spot. Knew we'd turn it down if we had another decent option, as we are already bilingual (ended up not winning but getting in somewhere else).[/quote]
