is it true that there was a significant exodus this year from the current 3rd grade?
I'm familiar with the 3rd grade at Langley and I know of no "mass exodus", just a few kids leaving and several new coming in. There are always kids who leave for same sex schools or Potomac, and new kids come in. The new additions are welcome as it enables the current students to develop new friendships.
Is the spin machine at full speed or what at Langley? Yes kids come and go but it is much more than business as usual.
I'm a parent in another grade who has a close friend with a third grader. What about welcoming new kids is spin? We haven't had many kids leave but my son is in the primary school.
Because this language "The new additions are welcome as it enables the current students to develop new friendships" sounds like a poor justification for the losses that the school is suffering in the lower grades, pure and simple. Next Hillary will release a statement, saying she welcomes a full and thorough impartial investigation by the FBI of her email server so she is vindicated.
