Ordinarily the guy waiting outside is just as guilty as the guy inside, but what if a friend asks you for a ride to the store and steals something without your knowledge while you are there? You need to know what's going on tone guilty, generally. op is saying her daughter doesn't have the necessary mens rea and y'all are arguing for strict liability.[/quote]
