Because some surgeons are better than others.  Some trainers are better than others.  Some make up and hair stylists are better than others.  Some people make better choices in what they wear than others.

You do know that Stefani is no where near a natural blonde?

It's largely genetics.  If you already have the genetics behind it---it's easy to maintain.  Think: j-lo (latino), Stefani (Italian descent), etc.  Fair skinned people have a harder time keeping up with it.  Brinkley has the round face and more golden skin.  [/quote]

She's half Italian and about as light as the come.  I can say this a light skinned person who's 100% Italian.
