Halle Berry had no business winning that year.  There was nothing impressive about her performance at all.  And, I can't believe Jamie Foxx in "Ray" won over Russell Crowe in "A Beautiful Mind."  It seems that a little preferential treatment was given in these instances, maybe others.      [/quote]
