"wtf is an unintelligent air?": You could have googled the definition of "air" if you didn't understand it: this really isn't that difficult to grasp if you have a decent vocabulary (you don't).   An "air" is an "impression of a quality or manner given by somebody/something".  IE, having an "air"=having a "look of" something, or suggesting a quality.  She has an "unintelligent air" means that she gives an impression of being less than intelligent (whether or not this is the case).

"either you're a dumb ass or you aren't": you really can't tell for sure if she is "a dumb ass", though since we are on a superficial thread discussing a celebrity's appearance, it is possible to discuss qualities that SUGGEST she is a "dumb ass"
