That kind of thing is not available everywhere.  Not even close.  It's like saying "I'm surprised to still hear about people struggling to make ends meet since a lot of people I know are buying second homes."  [/quote]

The thing is that it can be. Many of the centers and LLIV schools are mixing kids of different levels for part of the day and/or letting kids take classes with kids a year up either individually or through combination classes for certain subjects. PTA's should push to have their schools more integrated while still allowing for some advanced instruction.[/quote]

This would be incredibly difficult to achieve at out LLIV base school where we have less than ten Level IV eligible students per grade. [/quote]
