Orange cranberry relish--the best. http://www.oceanspray.com/Recipes/Corporate/Sauces,-Sides-Salads/Fresh-Cranberry-Orange-Relish.aspx
My dad has made this all my life and now I make it too!
This is definitely an acquired taste,-as it is bitter. We make this but also the traditional cranberry sauce: 1 cup sugar 1 cup water 1 12-ounce package Ocean Spray® Fresh or Frozen Cranberries Directions Combine sugar and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to boil; add cranberries, return to boil. Reduce heat and boil gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cover and cool completely at room temperature. Refrigerate until serving time. Makes 2 1/4 cups. I add cloves and orange zest to this basic recipe. Even children like this recipe, my son loves it on dinner rolls as jelly.
