I have gone back and forth my apartment complex multiple times, and have got responses on weekend nights, as well as weeknights.  So, the business hours theory doesn't work, but 11 PM is ridiculous.

Unless it says on the lease, visitors are always aloud, but can't "live" there.  I dated someone for a long time and was living in the basement of a house with 2 other people, and she stayed over multiple times without a problem.  I stayed at her place multiple times, again without a problem.  If the dog isn't aloud in the condo, I am not 100% certain you can leave outside all day/night.  Again, read your lease.  Have you been with your b/f long and has he brought his dog over before?  [/quote]
